The steps of a mandate with Regisco professionals

Step 1

An online questionnaire will be sent to you to gather essential information for the mandate, such as declarations of co-ownership, various reports, building plans, maintenance history, financial statements, and more.

Step 2

Within 2 to 6 months, an expert will visit your condominium to inspect the building's common areas, as well as one or two private units.

Step 3

The syndicate will receive the report within a maximum of 90 days. Upon the client's request, a meeting with an expert to discuss the results can be arranged at no additional cost.
